Working principle
Under the action of the liquid pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the measuring chamber of the elliptical gear flowmeter, a pair of elliptical gears continuously rotate on the shaft and discharge the liquid. By measuring the number of revolutions of the elliptical gears, the total value of the liquid flowing through the instrument can be determined. Characteristics of elliptical gear flowmeter:
1. High measurement accuracy, wide flow range, and good repeatability;
2. Spiral rotor rotates uniformly, with minimal vibration and long lifespan;
3. Not sensitive to changes in viscosity of the measured liquid, especially suitable for measuring liquids with high viscosity;
4. Simple structure, small external dimensions, and light weight;
5. Easy to install, there is no need to install a straight pipe section in front of the meter.
